Club Cars was started in 1992 with just one car. From the very first day we opened we have been a family run business starting off by purchasing a set of old disused public toilets on a council estate called Wythenshawe. Since then, Club Cars (formerly Wythenshawe Private Hire) has grown to be the largest private hire & taxi company in Manchester boasting over 500 uniformed drivers.
We have a mixed fleet that includes clean everyday taxis and mini-buses and we also offer luxury Taxis that include Mercedes E class, Volvo Se Executive, BMW 5 and 7 series cars and Mercedes Minibuses which seat from 8 up to 17 people. We have booking offices in Wythenshawe, Chorlton, Trafford and Manchester City Centre that are fully operational 24 Hours a day 365 days a year taking over 200,000 bookings per month! Club Cars are constantly investing in new ways to improve the customer booking experience. It’s late, the buses & trains have stopped running, and you’re stuck with no money.You can ‘pay’ for your fare by giving the Club Cars taxi driver your student card in lieu of payment? You will be asked to sign a docket and leave your student card with the driver. You can then collect your card back by repaying your original fare at our city office.Students should never walk home alone after a night out. We put your safety first!
